How can I receive a quotation quickly?
To provide an accurate price, please specify the product style, material requirements (thickness/structure), dimensions (width, length, height), and any specific logo or color requests. Providing artwork of the desired design is also highly recommended.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
If you have a shipping agent in China, there is no MOQ limit (EXW price). For international delivery arranged by us, the MOQ is typically one set, provided the total order volume exceeds 3 CBM. Mixed orders of different designs are accepted.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by the destination port, total weight, packaging dimensions, and the total CBM of the goods. We provide exact freight quotes once the order quantity and destination are confirmed.
Do you support OEM or custom designs?
Yes, OEM service is fully available. You can send us your specific designs, sketches, or pictures, and we can manufacture the products according to your unique requirements.
What are your payment terms and lead times?
We typically accept T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment) and Western Union. The standard lead time is approximately 20-35 days for a 40HQ container after the deposit is received.
What is your quality guarantee policy?
We guarantee the quality of our furniture. In the event of damaged or missing items, we will provide replacements once the relevant details, such as photos or video evidence, are submitted for review.
