1. Where is your factory located and how can I visit?
Our factory is located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, near Guangzhou and Shenzhen. It is 50km to Guangzhou port and 91km to Shenzhen port. We can help book a hotel and arrange station pick-up for your visit.
2. What is your MOQ and can I order samples?
Yes, sample orders are acceptable. Small MOQ orders are based on EXW, while 20GP and 40HQ orders accept FOB, CIF, etc.
3. How do you control the product quality?
Quality is the top priority. Our QC checks raw materials, production processes, and packaging, sending real-time photos and video records to customers for confirmation before shipping.
4. Can you help arrange LCL shipment for other products?
Of course. We have a warehouse and a dedicated shipping department. We can consolidate your various products from China into our warehouse and arrange container transportation for you.
5. What is the standard delivery time for orders?
The standard delivery time is generally between 5 to 15 days, depending on the order requirements and production schedule.
6. What materials are used for product packaging?
We use a professional combination of Bubble Bags and Woven Bags to ensure the safety and protection of the furniture during transport.
