Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional factory covering 20,000 square meters. You are welcome to visit our facility and our 15,000 square meter showroom featuring four floors of product displays.
Do you offer customized product services?
Yes, customized products are available. You can send your design pictures and detailed specifications to us, and our professional designers will work with you to create the product you want.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order is 1*40HQ container, which can include a mix of different items.
How can I get a quotation and place an order?
Simply provide the model numbers you are interested in, and we will prepare a detailed quotation. Once the order is confirmed, a Proforma Invoice will be issued, and production begins upon receipt of the deposit.
Do you provide samples?
We do offer samples for a fee. However, if you place a future order for at least 2 containers, the sample fee will be fully refunded to you.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects and offer lifetime consultation for any problems that may occur with the products.
