What happens during the 2 to 5 weeks delivery time?
Our production team initiates planning immediately. We follow each process: material cutting, assembling, polishing, painting, upholstery, and packing. You will receive updated inspection reports, photos, and videos throughout the timeline.
What are the standard payment terms?
A 30% deposit is required for standard products, and a 50% deposit for custom orders. The balance is collected before shipment via TT, L/C, or other available methods.
What quality guarantees are provided?
Products include a 1-year general warranty, and the wooden frame of the internal furniture structure is covered by a 10-year warranty.
How is furniture packaged for transit?
All items are professionally packaged to minimize transit damage. Boxes are clearly labeled with project numbers and product codes for easy receiving and inventory.
Are shipping costs included in the prices?
Price terms are typically EXW or FOB. Customers may choose their own overseas shipping company, or we can assist via our preferred international forwarding partners.
