We can provide samples for a fee. If you place an order for at least one container in the future, the sample fee will be returned to you.
Do you offer customized product services?
Yes, customization is available. You can send your design pictures and detailed requirements, and our professional designers will work on creating the sample for your review.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is 5 sets.
What are your payment terms and warranties?
We require a 30% deposit for standard products and 50% for custom products, with the balance due before shipment. We offer a 1-year warranty on the product and a 2-year warranty on the internal iron frame structure.
